Balandra Bay Snorkeling Adventure with Lunch and Drinks
Balandra Bay Snorkeling Adventure with Lunch and Drinks is a water activity in Cabo rated 3.0/5 by 2 Viator travelers; from about $140 per person; lasts 6 hours.
About
Balandra Bay is a protected cove on the Sea of Cortez, about two hours north of Cabo—closer to La Paz. This six-hour catamaran trip from La Paz takes you out to snorkel the bay's calm, clear water, with lunch and drinks included. The bay itself is shallow and turquoise, ringed by white sand and rock formations, and it's a designated natural area, so no jet skis or motorboats inside. The trip runs the full afternoon. You're on a catamaran, so there's deck space and shade. Snorkeling gear is provided. The water is warm and visibility is good most of the year, with plenty of tropical fish close to shore. Lunch is typically ceviche or grilled fish, served onboard or at a beach setup. This one's for people who want to get out of the Cabo corridor and see a different part of Baja. Balandra is worth the drive if you have the time.
